When you request an activation. Your name, company, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. Alongside them, the parameters of the segment you are asking for: channels, age ranges, gender, country, vertical, delivery language and the brief you write.
When you visit. The origin of your visit (referrer and any campaign parameters in the link you followed) and technical data your browser sends with every request.
We do not build synthetic personas or audience segments out of the data you type into this form. That work runs on aggregated signals, never on the contact details of the person filling in the form.
To answer your request, to prepare the segment you asked for, and to contact you about it. If you agreed to it, also to tell you about related studies, offers and content.
Your consent, given by ticking the authorization box before you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect what was lawful before you did.
Up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless you ask us to erase your data earlier or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to advertisers.
Some of the processors above operate outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to dpo@garritz.com and we will answer within the statutory period. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
Encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated environments. Access to the contact data behind a request is limited to the people who need it to answer you.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your language choice travels in the address of the page you are reading, not in a tracking cookie.
When the substance changes, the version below changes with it. The version in force when you gave your consent is stored alongside it, so it is always clear what you agreed to.
